Additional Charges: None. All taxes and additional costs are included in the listed price. We currently do not accept payments from convenience stores.

Return & Refund Policy

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Eligible Return Reasons: Returns are accepted for valid reasons, including:

Items damaged upon arrival.

Sizing issues (items that do not fit).

Return Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be borne by us if the product is defective. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning non-defective items to our location in Japan.

Refund Process: Once the return is received and inspected in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days. Any order returned outside of the 14 day window will not be refunded.
