We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & PAYMENT

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

  • Payment Methods: We currently accept Credit Cards via Stripe. We may accept PayPal in the future.

  • Timing: Payment is processed and charged at the time the order is placed.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Timeline: Because we operate from Japan, please note that delivery typically takes between 2 to 3 weeks. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

  • Customs/Duties: For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • Risk of Loss: Once we transfer products to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 5 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange based on the following:

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us in Japan.

  • Valid Reasons: Returns are accepted for valid reasons such as the item being damaged upon arrival or the item not fitting.

  • Refund Timing: Once the return is received and verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
