Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Always Be Cool Apparel. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We strive to get your apparel to you as quickly as possible. Please note that because we operate from Japan, delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • Shipping Method: Standard International Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 3 weeks

  • Shipping Cost: 

    • Domestic (Japan): ¥500
    • International: ¥2500

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Always Be Cool Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Note: Our listed prices include Japanese Consumption Tax, but international import duties are separate and determined by your local customs office.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at alwaysbecoolapparel@gmail.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage so we can process your refund within our 14-day window.
